Happy Super Bowl Sunday y’all! Looks like the Pats won.. Wasn’t expecting that. Whether you’re celebrating or mourning these healthy eats should put a smile on your face!
Today I whipped up pork green chili sliders, buffalo chicken, and bacon wrapped guacamole peppers! It was incredibly delicious – And SPICY. Which is of course necessary for football Sundays 😉
Here is our delicious receipt for our bacon wrapped guacamole peppers!
Paleo Jalapeño Poppers
- Jalapeño Peppers (8-10)
- 2 Large Avocados
- Make into Guacamole
- Mash both avocados
- Add lemon juice (To taste / consistency)
- Add Salt / Pepper / Cajun Seasoning <- Optional
- Make into Guacamole
- 1lbs Bacon
- Preheat oven to 400*F
- Wash and halve the peppers.
- Stuff Guacamole into pepper
- Cut bacon strips in half
- Wrap bacon around pepper
- Place in oven for around 20 minutes or until bacon is done.
- Remove and enjoy!
Unfortunately.. We were rooting for the Falcons – So were pretty bummed the Pats won.. AGAIN -_- BUT.. We were so happy to have some leftovers of these delicious treats waiting for us afterward!!
