As a Mom (Or any parent that is) you know how exhausting every day can be. FUN. But exhausting.. My body has been really aching lately, my legs and feet in particular. So I was really happy to hear there was a place nearby, Bodhi Body, literally 7 minutes away!! And I’ve never had a massage so with Mother’s Day coming up so fast I decided I was gonna treat myself!

When I came in I was pleasantly surprised by how adorable and serene their little studio was. I was greeted by my therapist for the session, Kaley; She was so welcoming, sweet and soft spoken (Which really made it a peaceful experience from start to finish) She explained all of the details to me and asked if I would be interested in a new calming THC/CBD lotion. It is a topical, cannabis-infused lotion that only absorbs through the skin to provide localized relief for pain, inflammation and soreness. It smelled amazing and sounded really unique so I was absolutely interested in giving it a go!

They had so many different options for services. There was aromatherapy, hot stones, herbal balls for Thai Massages and so much more. Definitely will have to be back to try them ALL.

I was escorted into a very tranquil room that was dark and calming with gorgeous, relaxing music playing on loop. I was already feeling so peaceful.

Once on the bed I felt completely at ease and was quickly tended to. Kaley (Like all of the other therapists, graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy) was INCREDIBLE. It was so relaxing, the lotion was DIVINE, and Kaley was able to find every trouble spot and make the pain melt away. It was the most relaxed I have ever been in my entire life (I totally drooled a few times and 80% sure I fell asleep at some point)

As you can see I was VERY comfortable 😉 And red! Which she was a good thing as she was helping me rid my body of toxins.

I am never going to deny myself of this incredible treat ever again. It is SO beneficial and so amazing to have a little “me time”. Thanks SO much to amazing Kaley and Bodhi Body for such an incredible experience – This is perfect for Mother’s Day coming up, y’all! Treat those Mamas! 😉 I will be back and cannot wait for next time – I already wanna go back!
