What you put into your body is sooooo important. That’s why I will be beginning an elimination diet. I’m starting over because I haven’t been feeling well every time I wake up or just any time of the day for that matter! I’m going back to my paleo basics of meat, fruits and vegetables.
I will slowly begin to reintroduce my body to the things I love (That are still healthy) that may be causing me to have issues! People can have so many sensitivities to different foods and I don’t want to be the one who constantly suffers without answers so elimination diet it is!
I wasn’t even aware eggs could cause sensitivity so it’s good to do your research so you can hopefully find the root causes of your food-related symptoms!
So this weekends Mantra is When diet is wrong medicine is of no use, when diet is correct medicine is of no need.
